CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All classes are ALL LEVELS, however,  some classes are more active than others.

Each teacher's interpretation of a class is slightly different.  All of our amazing teachers offer a unique style based on their personality and training. We have something for everyone and we recommend that you try out different teachers to find what you love. 

UNFOLD FOUNDATIONS Work to build the foundations of your yoga practice. Our foundations class is a workshop style class that focuses on getting back to the basics of the practice and learning how to connect + work with your body. It is great for both beginners and experienced yoga students.

RESTORE A blend of Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and meditation. Some classes may have more flow than others, but all are very relaxing and include lots of bolster and blankets so you can breathe deeply, soften, relax and release as you unwind the body, mind and spirit while calming the nervous system.

YOGA FOR STRENGTH + FLEXIBILITY An energetic strength building class that focuses on creating full body strength and balance while also lengthening muscles, increasing mobility and flexibility in the body.

SOUNDBATH These classes incorporate sound healing: the instructor playing Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, chimes or other musical instruments to help aid in deep relaxation of the body and mind. A sound bath is believed to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, ease insomnia and boost creativity.  

STRETCH + MEDITATE A gentle class, focused on basic movements to gently open the body and calm the mind. Great for relaxing deeply and/or releasing tension in the body from a workout or daily life! Class includes a longer meditation sequence than most, really allowing you to carve out time to tune in and tune out. 

INTUITIVE FLOW Yoga is for everybody but not all poses are one size fits all. No matter the level of your practice or the shape/size of your body this class will help you optimize, tone and become more flexible. Learn to move with proper alignment for your personal anatomy in this body positive flow based on the needs, the energy and bodies in the room. Modifications will be offered as needed.

UNFOLD + CHILL A blend of functional movement, asana, slow flow, restorative, yin and medtation. A perfect mix of movement and rest to help you tap into your fuilest potential. Move to be still. Chill is all about nourishing the body, heart and spirit & chilling the heck out. 

CANLDELIGHT FLOW A blend of Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and meditation. Some classes may have more flow than others, but all are very relaxing and often include lots of bolster and blankets so you can breathe deeply, soften, relax and release as you unwind the body, mind and spirit while calming the nervous system.

ALIGNED This unique class incorporates Iyengar-Inspired postures and sequences with an emphasis on alignment. Props and the wall will be used. It is great opportunity to learn more about alignment and the intricacies of poses. Leave feeling grounded and aligned. 

ENERGIZE These classes are active and dynamic, get your heart rate up and build some heat (and strength) from the inside out; Energize classes leaving you feeling vibrant and (you guessed it!) energized! Take the opportunity to challenge yourself while building strength and flexibility. 

BUTI YOGA LIGHT Buti Yoga transform your body and soul by blending tribal dance, primal movement, spiral structure and power yoga into one beautiful hour. Buti Lite, is less impactful with the same benefits of a typical Buti Yoga class. It's perfect for a beginning or seasoned Butisattva who is looking for a bit gentler of a regular Buti Yoga practice. Buti is a high energy and active experience. All levels welcome, modifications are always offered, but come expecting to work it and let it all go! 

EMPOWER + FLOW Take a moment to step into your sensation, your experience, your needs. Empowerment is achieved many ways. Feel empowered in your yoga practice. Move and flow into poses in a way that works for your individual body. Build strength and increase flexibility. Learn to move with the proper alignment for your personal anatomy in this body positive class.

COMMUNITY CLASSES Our community classes are just $10, and open to everyone. These community yoga classes are all levels, come as you are. Pre-regitation is not required, payment can be made in the studio. (No additional charge for monthly members)

PRENATAL YOGA will help prepare the mother for pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. This class is designed to ease the growing pains associated with the different stages of pregnancy, as well as help prepare the body and mind for labor, birth, and motherhood. We will work on making the muscles strong yet supple, which will aide during childbirth, as well as in postpartum period. Childbirth education, relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques are also included. This is an all levels class, absolutely no yoga experience is necessary. Learn more. . . 

BABY + ME YOGA (6 WEEKS – WALKING) Interact and bond with your baby while moving, breathing and stretching. Great for getting out and being around other mamas, also great back in your body after pregnancy and birth. Class is designed to not only help mama but also to stimulate baby's development. The yoga poses will focus on helping you restore alignment and tone and strengthen the pelvic floor. This class is for babies 6-week to crawling/walking. This class is casual and designed around baby, babies cry, get fed and have diapers changed throughout class. No yoga experience required. Learn more. . .
