CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Each teacher's interpretation of a class is slightly different. We have something for everyone and we recommend that you try out different teachers.  All of our teachers offer a unique style based on their personality and training.

Unfold + Flow

A movement based class blended with several other styles, which may include Vinyasa, Hatha, Core Strength Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Yin or Restorative. These classes are full of feel good flows that unite breath and creative sequencing. Expect to warm the body from the inside out through flowing movements, linking breath and movement as you destress and unwind. ALL LEVELS.

+ Energize

These classes are slightly more active and dynamic than a basic flow class. Leaving you feeling vibrant and energized. Expect to work hard, build strength and flexibility in this class. LEVEL NOTE: EXPECT TO WORK IT.

+ Flowdown

An active flow class, linking breath and movement, ending with a blissful cooldown that may include yoga nidra, restorative yoga poses or myofascial release, leaving you feeling both strong and blissed. ALL LEVELS

+ Chill

A blend of functional movement, asana, slow flow, restorative poses and meditation A perfect mix of movement and rest to help you tap into your fullest potential. Chill is all about nourishing the body, heart, & spirit and chilling the heck out. ALL LEVELS.

+ Soundbath

These classes incorporate sound healing; the instructor playing Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, chimes or other musical instruments to help aid in deep relaxation of the body and mind. A sound bath is believed to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, ease insomnia and boost creativity.

+ Sculpt

A movement based flow style class with the addition of light weights to tone and strengthen the whole body.  ALL LEVELS.

Stretch + Meditate

This is a gentle class, focused on basic movements to gently open the body and calm the mind. Great for relaxing deeply and/or releasing tension in the body from a workout. Class includes a longer meditation sequence than most, really allowing you to carve out that time to tune in and tune out. ALL LEVELS.

+ Restore

A blend of Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and meditation. Some classes may have more flow that others, but all are very relaxing and include lots of bolsters and blankets so you can breathe, soften, relax and release as you unwind the body, mind, and spirit and calm the nervous system. Invite in deep relaxation and self-unfoldment. A nutritious, soothing experience for all. ALL LEVELS.

Yin-yasa

Vinyasa is the act of linking breath + movement. Yin is holding poses for several minutes and enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. This class will begin with yin, holding poses for 3-5 minutes, in order to promote balance for yang (active) flow that follows. Note: Yin poses are not restorative yoga poses, as they are active and challenging. Yin yoga creates an accessible, deep and holistic experience. ALL LEVELS.

Prenatal

This class is designed to ease the growing pains associated with the different stages of pregnancy, as well as help prepare the body and mind for labor, birth, and motherhood. We will work on making the muscles strong + supple, which will aide during childbirth and postpartum. Childbirth education, relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques are also included. ALL LEVELS. No yoga experience is necessary.

Postnatal

Focus on you and get back to your practice with your baby by your side. Through our practice we create community, breathe, build strength and relax! The yoga poses will focus on helping you restore alignment and tone and strengthen the pelvic floor. Open to postpartum moms of all ages and stages, babies (pre-crawlers) are also welcome. ALL LEVELS. No yoga experience required.

Baby + Me

Interact and bond with your baby while moving, breathing and stretching. Great for getting mom back in shape and helping stimulate baby's development. The yoga poses will focus on helping you restore alignment and tone and strengthen the pelvic floor. This class is for babies 6-week to crawling/walking. ALL LEVELS. No yoga experience required.
