New to yoga? Or an experienced student who wants to get back to basics? This series is for you! In this series we will break down core poses, flows, and discuss modifications. All while looking at the basics of alignment, breathing and all the foundational pieces, so you can find your flow on the mat and feel confident in your practice. 

Series runs from 1/21 - 2/11
