All too often our days are filled with sitting in a car, sitting at a desk, working on a computer, texting friends, or talking on the phone. While these activities are a common and
daily part of life, they also create similar, recurring holding patterns of the head, neck, shoulders, and spine.
These constant and repetitive patterns and motions, if not addressed, may cause neck and shoulder tension, pain, headaches, disc damage, etc.
In this workshop, using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls for self-massage, learn how to ease pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulders. A variety of simple yet effective restorative exercises will also be used to enhance and increase circulation in these areas.
