Reiki Master Nicole Higashi of Higashi Healing will be leading group and individual reiki sessions as you relax in a comfortable, supported, restorative yoga pose, while Unfold's founder, April Lovett, provides a deeply relaxing sound bath using Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, gongs and chimes.
