When you slow down, tune in and reduce stress you can start to let go of anxiety, you can focus more efficiently and feel better physically and emotionally. But how can you take time out to practice relaxation techniques or meditation, when you are busy or already have a hard time focusing your mind?
The smallest changes can make the biggest shifts. In this class you will practice simple techniques that can easily be incorporated into your daily life. Recalibrate your goals and priorities, release the things things that are holding you back by practicing a fear releasing technique, creating your own mantra cards while learning the simplicity of incorporating mantra into your daily life. Practice a variety of meditation techniques to see what resonates with you. Class will include sound (crystal and tibetan bowls) to aid in relaxation and groundedness and will end with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice that is a combination of alert awareness and deep relaxation, it balances the nervous system and allows the body to restore and heal.
All participants will also receive an audio version of the yoga nidra meditation, a prenatal version is also available for expectant mamas.
