In this workshop, you will learn strategies to ease the tension and discomfort in the neck and shoulders and exercises to rebuild strength and posture for the entire upper body. Whether it is stability or strength, flexibility or mobility, you will learn easy-to-follow exercises that can be done on your own to improve shoulder health.

Therapy balls will be provided to use during the workshop - no experience required and all levels welcome.
