Birth affirmations / mantras are great tools to create a sense of calm, confidence. These are tools that can be used anytime in life, but are especially helpful in pregnancy and birth; while dealing with fears of the unknown and the stresses of pregnancy and the pending birth.
In this workshop participants will be lead through a fear releasing exercise, a meditation that uses a variety of relaxation techniques that can be used during pregnancy and birth and you will get to create your very own affirmation cards or banner.
The process of making is cathartic on its own, but these are also physical reminders to relax and breathe. Great for creating a relaxation practice in pregnancy and decorating your labor space with.
