Our free monthly Pregnancy Circles are a time for our community of expectant mamas to gather, learn and chat. Circles meet the 1st Thursday of each month after our 6:30-7:30pm prenatal yoga class.
Circles are currently being led by Denise Vite, LCWS of Compassionate Wellness Counseling. These circles are 45 minutes of time to connect and learn as we move through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood. You do not have to participate in yoga class to drop into our pregnancy circles. They are open to everyone and are held in the Unfold Annex, just a few doors down from the yoga studio.
January: Postpartum Mental Wellness: What to expect, what is common and hot to handle potential mental health complications.
February: Enhance practical + emotional support after birth.
