Our prenatal yoga classes are for mamas of ALL fitness levels. Even if you have never done yoga before. Unfold's prenatal classes are a unique blend of functional movement, meditation and birth preparation, that will leave you feeling great physically, mentally and emotionally. It is so much more than just a yoga class!

Unfold Yoga Studio is a judgement free zone, we believe that birth is birth and we are here to help you feel your best during pregnancy and as you transition into motherhood. I started doing prenatal yoga here on a friend’s recommendation - April and her team are excellent - and found a whole one stop shop for all maternity prep knowledge and support. My husband and I did a prenatal partners workshop and the relaxed childbirth class here. I’m looking forward to the mom groups after we have our baby.
